Homoptera parasite - Fulgoraecia exigua

Homoptera parasite - Fulgoraecia exigua
Athens, Clarke County, Georgia, USA
August 8, 2011
Size: ~ 2 mm
Attached to a Acanaloniidae hopper - caught in a Lindgren funnel trap with a UV light
I've caught about four or five of these over the past two months or so. Anyone know family?
My guess is some sort of parasitic Hymenopteran. I can provide additional shots if needed.

Maybe a moth, believe it or not
There's a moth, Fulgoraecia exigua, that ectoparasitizes Fulgoroid planthoppers, of which Acanaloniids are examples. This doesn't match up with my image of such a creature; however, it does somewhat with Bugguide's description--at least of a first-instar larva.

See if it has any prolegs with crochets--that would pretty much clinch it.

It's got prolegs
Or at least, little circles with hooks. Looks like it's some kind of Lep then. Thanks for the tip!
