Identification, please :) - Scudderia furcata - Female
North Royalton, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, USA
September 1, 2011
I noticed this Katydid (or Conehead, Angle-wing, etc) chillin' on my arm rest in my car as I was returning home from Staples. I placed it on some shrubs in the yard once I (we) got home. Just two weeks ago I began to enjoy taking night-time walks around the neighborhood simply to listen to all the various katydids sounding off...so naturally I am curious what particular species this may be.

Thanks!

She is a Bush Katydid in genus Scudderia
I'm pretty sure she is S. furcata.
