Bob got a comment from David Wagner
that maybe this is Triprocris aversa, which also seems to be called Neoprocris aversa and is Harrisina aversa on MPG. We don't seem to have it yet on BugGuide. Yurika found a pdf and posted the link on this image

where it again seems to be ID'd as aversa.
