Sm Native Orchid Bee, Lasioglossum - Lasioglossum - female

Sm Native Orchid Bee, Lasioglossum - Lasioglossum - Female
Little Basin, Santa Cruz County, California, USA
September 1, 2011
Size: 10mm?
It seemed afraid of me, it was watching me, though it didn't fly away. It seemed tired and it didn't seem interested in the Menzie's Rattlenake Orchid, Goodyera oblongifolia flower more then a resting/hiding place.

I'm not sure if all of these photos are needed for ID or the guide, frass as needed.

Photos of the Bee AND the Orchid are here;
