Distinctive green larva - Oreana unicolorella

Distinctive green larva - Oreana unicolorella
Fredericton, York County, New Brunswick, Canada
August 29, 2011
Size: 2cm
This small larva was hiding in a woven shlter, but would come out to feed or return if disturbed. I've gone thru Wagner and BG, but no matches. Even a local moth expert cannot place it. It is, however, not a geometer, as it walks on all legs and does not loop. It could even be a butterfly, but no matches there, either. I'm throwing this out to the BG community for advice. It was on a broad-leaved bush that grows in my backyard -- sorry, don't know the name of it yet. There were three caterpillars in total.
