Unknown Caterpillar - Agrius cingulata

Unknown Caterpillar - Agrius cingulata
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, USA
September 2, 2011
Size: 4-5 inches
These are very creepy looking and so large! They're all the way at the top of one of my trellises and one seems to be eating the ivy and moving around while the other two don't move. Their back-ends resemble the face of a snake with eyes. Ive never had caterpillars before and i've never seen any this big in my life.
