Sharpshooter Leafhopper - Xyphon flaviceps

Sharpshooter Leafhopper - Xyphon flaviceps
Mobile (Dog River), Mobile County, Alabama, USA
September 2, 2011
Size: 6-7mm
I've looked everywhere except ebay and cannot find a leafhopper with such a large pronotum + long vertex. Did I mention the red-head with white polka dots? The best I can come up with might be something Graphocephala, maybe even Subgenus Hordnia. Thanks for any help.
