Lixus scrobicollis
Robert Anderson det.

Weevil
This is a Weevil, but I can't ID further than that. Sorry.

What variety of weevil
Can anybody help further with this weevil? There appear to be several families, so I'm not sure where it belongs in the guide.

Lixus sp.
The overall shape, size, and pruinosity (powdery scales that have largely worn off of this particular specimen) are pretty distinctive. Nice image.

Moving image to the guide?
Eric,

I guess I'm missing something. I can't figure out how to move this image to the guide. I tagged it, then found Lixus in the guide, but can't find how to move the tagged image. Can you help?
