Ceresa tauriniformis or basalis? - Stictocephala basalis

Ceresa tauriniformis or basalis? - Stictocephala basalis
Pelerin, Kent County, New Brunswick, Canada
September 5, 2011
Is this Ceresa basalis, tauriniformis or something else? If it is either of the two, it would be "new for New Brunswick" on Bug Guide. I also have images of very dark treehoppers with rather shorter horns, which "must" be basalis. There are lots of willows near the spot where the pics were taken.
