Red & Black Awesome lookin' beetle? - Pyrrhocoris apterus
Bountiful Utah - on my back patio, Davis County, Utah, USA
September 5, 2011
Size: appx 1/4 inch

Pyrrhocoris apterus?
Today, 8/30/2014, in San Diego CA on Fiesta Island in Mission Bay Park. Very little vegetation. Seem to be eating young tumbleweed (Russian thistle, I think).

Pyrrhocoris apterus?
