resembles bird-dropping moth or Microcrambus, can anyone identify?

looks like Hystrichophora vestaliana - Hodges #3399
the larger spot in the middle of the wing is probably a worn area.
Hystrichophora vestaliana is found from Oklahoma to Colorado and California at least. I will try to find more information on the known range.
