Small Moth - Achyra bifidalis

Small Moth - Achyra bifidalis
Five miles east of Gulf Breeze, FL, Santa Rosa County, Florida, USA
September 7, 2011
Size: 2.0 WS
I captured and photographed this moth early this morning and it looks like Achyra bifidalis but the range is given as AZ, TX, south to S. Amer. So I would appreciate a confirmation or ID and whether anyone knows of sightings of that moth so far east. Thanks.

Storm-blown Moths...........
I photographed a specimen in MEM that came from Louisiana. Heppner credits the species in Florida, in September in "Zone 8" which is essentially the Keys. It is likely to show up occasionally anywhere along the Gulf Coast. There are undoubtedly many more of them than there are moth photographers!

Storm blown moths?
We had heavy winds here last week end from tropical storm Lee in Louisiana and I had wondered if that might be a factor in the moth being here or at least a previous storm.

Achyra bifidalis - Hodges #4974
Moved from ID Request.
