I just noticed this fellow residing under the wrong species
The fact that the row is postmedian dark dots is missing is somewhat misleading (actually there is one, faint, on the hind wing; and one, very faint, on the front wing), but this is not
Colias interior
. A few things that stand out include the shape of the wings (quite different in
C. interior
, notably the front wings would be more rounded on the outer margin, and less pointed at the tip); the black border (showing through) is rather wide for
C. interior
, particularly on the hind wing; the eye spot on the hind wing has a double rim and a distinct satellite spot; there is a prominent dark dash along the front margin of the hind wing. The only likely candidates for this one are
C. philodice
and
C. eurytheme
, and I think this fellow is actually
C. philodice
. Both species usually have the dark postmedian dots prominent, but not always. And, while this doesn't mean much for quantitative diagnosis, it doesn't "look like"
C. interior
.

Looks like...
Pink-edged Sulphur (Colias interior), based on the lack of postmedian spots and the clean yellow below with no black overscaling.
