Geometridae: Speranza amboflava or S. sulphurea? - Macaria amboflava

Geometridae: Speranza amboflava or S. sulphurea? - Macaria amboflava
Turtle River State Park, Grand Forks County, North Dakota, USA
September 11, 2011
Size: Wingspread ~ 1.7-2.0 cm
I think this specimen may be an example of either Speranza amboflava (Hodges #6284) or Speranza sulphurea (Hodges #6283). This is the third specimen of this moth I've archived here on BG, and I've hoping that now with three specimens it may be possible to discern just which one of these two species this moth might be. I'll add BG thumb photos of the other two specimens below. Thanks for any and all help with the ID! ;-)

Moved from Moths.

6284 - Speranza amboflava
This is the western species found in the Dakotas. S. sulphurea is the eastern sister species, found as far west as Michigan and Wisconsin. (no rsvp, thanks)

Thanks, Bob!
Although you don't want me to say it, "Thanks, Bob!" ;-)
