Not Leptoglossus
Lacks tell-tale white zigzag of L. zonatus. Actually, looks more like something in Chondrocera.

 
The white lines on...
...any Leaf-footed Bug aren't present until the wings have developed.

Also note the white bands on the distal tibiae. It also seems to fit L. zonatus.

I don't find where the antennea or the tibial expansions match Chondrocera but this specimen is still a nymph and those may change.

I am thinking...
...Leptoglossus zonatus. I base this on the shape of the tibial expansion and the two spots on the pronotum. I wouldn't move it past genus until more opinions are offered.
