Sorry for the obstructions in the image, this wasp was crawling around in the underbrush and these are the clearest shots I could manage. A very long ovipositor and a red abdomen on this wasp. ID help appreciated. Thanks!

Ichneumonoidea
Smaller picture is the more informative. Grass stem covers crucial area of wing and base of metasoma for making more specific ID. Long antennae, ovipositor, and general body form clinch the superfamily. Something about the curvature of the metasoma suggests Ichneumonidae - but I wouldn't hang my reputation on that.
