Lance-tipped Darner - Aeshna constricta - female
That is a yellow-form female Lance-tipped Darner. Segment 9 is longer than segment 8 and has big square spots that are bigger than those on 8. It also has long cerci that look like lance points. This seems to be a big year for this species in WI. I have found them in several counties in the SW. Please report this to the WI Odonata survey. Nice capture!!
