Spider - Xysticus

Spider - Xysticus
Lisle, Illinois, USA
May 19, 2004
Tried to ID this guy but have had no luck.

Moved
Moved from Threebanded Crab Spider.

I will post a specimen of X. triguttatus later today; for now, at least, I don't think a determination to species is possible from this small image.

Thrice-Banded Crab Spider
Looking in the Field Guide to Insects and Spiders, this looks like a thrice banded crab spider(Xysticus triguttatus).

X triguttatus
Does this appear to be the same species?
