doolie fender fly liked hanging out in the afternoon about 3PM. Appeared to rest. - Conura

Size: 6 mm
The back legs remind me of doolie fenders on the back end of pick-up trucks. Disguised to look like pollen pockets. Face made to look like a wasp.

Possibly C. nigricornis - can't quite see some of the diagnostic features.
