yellow jacket mimic ? - Ceriana tridens - Male Female

Size: 1 cm
i found this happy couple on an elderberry flower and thought it was a yellowjacket at first , but now know that it is a mimic of some kind ... love the unique antennae and would love to know what this is ? thanks for any comments , sincerely the shutterbug Beth
