We would say
Junonia - Buckeye. The only caterpillars images in the guide,
here
, are of J.coenia. We're not sure how many different Junonia live in your area and how one might tell their caterpillars apart.

Probably the only two are the Mangrove and the Common Buckeye. This would not be a Mangrove, as there are no mangroves for miles.
