Which Scorpionfly? - Panorpa debilis - Male

I think it most resembles Panorpa debilis, but this is a new species for me, and it is not well-represented in the guide. Sorry I didn't get quite all of it in the photo.

This is Panorpa debilis based on the locality, time of year, wing patterns, and narrow width of wing.
