Body length 15-16mm (excluding antennae and wings)

This individual appears to match the written identification information here on BG, including how the "proximal parts of the antennae are usually (though not always) darkly colored", as apparently seen in the photo above.

v, Ceraeochrysa was the second choice to my untrained eye. I went with Chrysopa, because I thought overall shape worked better. I disregarded Ceraeochrysa lineaticornis after some thought and looks:
