Perithemis tenera
Blue Grass FWA near Evansville, Vanderburgh County, Indiana, USA

Single, longsuffering individual found perched on willow at water's edge. Body much shorter than wingspan.

We would say
a very lightly colored female Perithemis tenera. See a more richly colred example here
. Same pattern - richer colors
