Size: 15-17 mm
Unknown wasp for me, line much paler than usual yellow wasp, not as white as paper wasp, I'm lost... please help ID
My first tought was vespula consorbina judging on the patterns, but I'm really not an expert.

Blackjacket?
I'm no expert either, but I submitted this very similar one a month ago which was identified for me, so you very well may be right.


 
This is indeed another male Blackjacket (Vespula consobrina)
Shape of pronotum rules out D. adulterina.
