Callirhytis
Zhiwei Liu says this wasp is actually a Callirhytis, not an inquiline. I'm tentatively moving it and the related images to genus level--I'm thinking they might actually be C. quercuspunctata. Hopefully you can send some to Dr. Liu for positive ID.
