Fishing Spider
This is actually a fishing spider in the genus Dolomedes. I'd guess it's probably D. triton, the Six-spotted Fishing Spider. Compare to others here. Interesting green spots on the egg sac.

Green Spots
The green spots on the egg sac may just be some duckweed (Lemnoideae). This time of year it covers everything around here.

Fishing Spider
Thank you, Lynete. That explains why I couldn't get a match. It was the eyes that had me confused. (I'm brand new at this)
