Unsure? - Megacopta cribraria

Unsure? - Megacopta cribraria
Morven, Anson County, North Carolina County, North Carolina, USA
September 24, 2011
Size: Very tiny, like ladybug
We were outside, and happened to notice that we are infested with these unknown bugs along the side of our home. They are also hanging out on our front door, and all over Window AC units. But no place else. They do fly. Dark green in color. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you again.
