Xylophanes tersa? (Tersa Sphinx moth) - Xylophanes tersa
Mobile (near Bel Air Mall), Mobile County, Alabama, USA

Size: ~4cm head to tail
I believe this is a Tersa Sphinx moth. in the bottom right of the picture you can see my forceps pulling back the right anterior wing to reveal the characteristic black and white pattern on the smaller posterior wings underneath. do not know the sex or species for sure though and would love some advice and more info about this moth.
(I'm new here, this is only my 2nd specimen here, sorry if I have done something the wrong way)
