Euceratia castella

Euceratia castella
In Westwood by outdoor night light; elevation 5100ft, Lassen County, California, USA
August 8, 2008
Size: 12mm in height as posed
ID to genus provided by BOLD Systems via DNA. A species match was not made. However the nearest DNA match was Euceratia castella at 97.55% similarity. The website zipcodezoo.com lists only two species for this genus, both shown on the MPG website, with E. castella being the white moth. Thus my placement with this species. Confirmation, or.., welcomed!
