The wasp visited several leaves of a red oak. Then I noticed several of those leaves were webbed together into tents. I opened a few tents, and found this caterpillar inside one. The tents were made of two leaves webbed to each other, not single leaves folded over; the tented leaves were also skeletonized. I'm basing my ID on Charley Eiseman's book, which ties two-leaf shelters, oaks, and leaf skeletonizing to this genus...
