Seen in a patch of wildflowers and weeds near a small pond and a densely wooded area.

Definitely Limnia but impossible to say more except that it's not L. shannoni, which would have conspicuous brown swellings at the base of the antennae.

I'd agree with Sepedon. Limnia have more mottled wings.
