Moved from ID Request. This is an orbweaver in the genus Araneus. (not dangerous) I think it's either A. saevus or A. nordmanni, both look similar and are found in your area.

 
Humm
That was quite fast ;)

From the araneus saevus pictures found here, they usually have dark black legs, not a see-through red. Nordmanni have high contrasts backs, but the legs look more like it.

Even though coloring can be variable, this one does match A. nordmanni better.
