Ranatra quadridentata
Should be Ranatra quadridentata going by distribution. As Arlo pointed out, a good lateral shot of the forelegs would be helpful, particularly the notch near the apex of the femur.

... not sure how to tell the species apart: you may need to get some closer pics of the claws.
