I found this caterpillar attached to the leaf of a flowering dogwood (Cornus florida). Are the attached structures wasp cocoons?

Caterpillar and cocoons
Thanks to both Aaron and Charley for the IDs. This was my first posted image on BugGuide. What a wonderful resources for folks of all levels of expertise! I'll be posting many more images in the future.

The larva looks like Catalpa Sphinx.

Cocoons
Yes, the cocoons belong to Cotesia congregata or a closely related species.
