We found a couple of these handsome fellas sitting on a leaf in the sun on our last walk. We're thinking it looks a lot like Neopyrochroa but.....

N. femoralis
I'm sorry I didn't even click on this thumbnail before. The black tibia (and therefore orange femurs) lead me to think this one is N. femoralis. As amazing a coincidence as it might seem, you found two species of similar-looking adult pyrochroids on the same day.
