I caught this bug while sweeping weeds and grasses along the lake's shoreline. Perhaps Genus Livia (1)? My thanks for ID confirmation or...!

Livia vernaliforma
Note the elongate narrow wings with a straight costal margin. This is our most common western Livia; compare to vernalis, which is mostly eastern and has more rounded wings. In California L. lobata - known from a single male from Sierra County - is most similar, differing in head shape, antennae, slightly more oval wings, and male genitalia (not visible here).
