D. apache
Vincent,
I emailed
Dr. Allen Sanborn
(Cicada Taxonomist, Barry University, Miami, FL) with your photos of this and
the other
Diceroprocta
cicada
in question.
He confirms that both of these are
Diceroprocta apache
.

Hmm... Interesting
Hmmm... Interesting. I was thinking
Diceroprocta apache
, but the pronotal collar is greenish on your specimen, while the
D. apache
cicadas that I've seen have an orange pronotal collar.
I'll look around and see if I can find any more info.
BTW - This is definitely a male.

D. apache

Need a Ventral view and body size
Could you upload one photo each of the undersides of your two specimens and sharper photos of the pronotums, please? Also, need size data.
That'll make them a little easier to identify and sex.
Thanks,
-Bill

A full ventral view would be best. Don't worry about getting all of the wings in on the ventral view.
Thanks,
