Size: 4mm
This fuzzy gray moth has brown, patterned wings. The legs appear black with white stripes but it may just be bad lighting.

Moth Fly...
Also known as "Drain Flies". They are strange little critters. Their maggots feed in wet or slightly wet decomposing matter, such as in gutters, poorly drained compost/leafmold piles, standing water and even dirty drains.

No problem!
They had me fooled at first too. Darn near a perfect moth impression! Though they may be sign of a needed cleaning, I think they are pretty much harmless. My little captive froggies love to eat them.

 
Snack time
