Yeah, but it depends on how lucky I get with the shots. My technique is very unorthodoxed as I don't use slides or even a microscope. It's actually just a very magnified macro photograph of the pedipalp sitting in alcohol. If I happen to get a few photos with the palp in the same position, I'll try stacking them. For example this shot was stacked:


Unfortunately, all my microscope equipment was destroyed in a flood and the insurance wouldn't cover it, so my set-up is pretty low tech currently.
