Moved
Moved from Sciapodinae. The hind legs are a little too pale, but there's no other similar species described.

Moved
Moved from Longlegged Flies.

Maybe Condylostylus flavipes
Maybe Condylostylus flavipes (Aldrich, 1904). Do you have any other angles? There should be a prominent bristle on the hind tibia and a couple on the mid basitarsus that I don't see possibly due to the angle.

There aren't many species of Sciapodinae where the male has very small genitalia, mostly yellow legs, unmarked wings, black antennae, and few bristles on the legs.

Moved for expert attention
Moved from ID Request.

Looks like a member of family Dolichopodidae
Many to chose from here.

Just a guess, perhaps Amblypsilopus sp. here.

Probably not Amblypsilopus
It's a good mimic of Amblypsilopus, but none of the Florida species looks like this.

Identification
I could say that is a Syrphidae or Muscidae.

OMG!
How did you get that great shot? I green with envy.
