Condylostylus flavipes
(Aldrich, 1904). Do you have any other angles? There should be a prominent bristle on the hind tibia and a couple on the mid basitarsus that I don't see possibly due to the angle.
There aren't many species of Sciapodinae where the male has very small genitalia, mostly yellow legs, unmarked wings, black antennae, and few bristles on the legs.

Looks like a member of family Dolichopodidae

Probably not Amblypsilopus
It's a good mimic of
Amblypsilopus
, but none of the Florida species looks like this.
