Size: 19-20mm w/ ovipositor
Location is at 1600 ft. in North Georgia Mountains. Came to light in mostly deciduous forest near a small stream / seepage area that emptied into a pond further off. Please frass any/all images not needed by guide. This is a first datapoint for Georgia.
