Pretty certain this is Phyllodromica trivittata. This is the second year that I've noticed these. They appeared outdoors last September in abundance with a very high level of night time activity. Once the rains began they diminished considerably. They reappeared about the same time this year in greater numbers and I noticed major infestations under dry leafy matter in the yard, especially under acummulated sage mulch and lambs ear. The lawn was also heavily infested. Treatment with a pyrethrin around the perimeter of the house has mostly kept them at bay, and removal of ALL dry mulchy material and subsequent application of diatomaceous earth seems to have them under control. The population is definately growing as I see them when I walk throughout my neighborhood.
