Ken is correct: this is Calli
Ken is correct: this is Callinicus pictitarsis.

Did a bit of looking...
There are some (at least superficially) similar critters in Callinicus:



That's strictly a guess on my part, though. Hold out to hear from those with some actual expertise. :)
