Blue-eyed Darner - Rhionaeschna (=Aeshna) multicolor
Young male. See comment on female.

Blue-eyed Darner
Aeshna multicolor (I know its not Aeshna anymore but I forget the new name). The forked cerci clinch the ID.

Rhionaeschna, that's the new genus. I checked in the Guide and there is no picture of this species. Should these photos go in the Guide?
