Flea Beetle is as far as I can get... - Capraita subvittata
Eighty-Four, Washington County, Pennsylvania, USA
July 2, 2011
Size: 4-5mm?
This is the only example of a flea beetle I managed to get reasonable photos of this summer. I don't recall the exact size, except that it seemed quite large for a flea beetle, my usual experience being with those tiny little black ones I find in my garden. I don't know beetles well enough though to figure out more than "flea beetle" (maybe Psylliodes, but that's an uninformed guess). Is there any possibility of an ID or genus? Let me know if there is some identifying feature that doesn't show here and I'll see if I have another angle. Thanks for your help!

Thanks to all who helped ID...
These little guys are at the limit of my point-n-shoot camera so it's hard to get clarity in the shot.

I'm not an expert, but...
I think looks similar to this one.
