ants - Tapinoma sessile
Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
October 15, 2011

Moved
Moved from Lasius.
Richard, thanks for making sure these were identified correctly.

Oops! Tapinoma sessile - workers
Unconspicuous petiolus and more slender outline (especially visible on one worker lower right) distinguish these Odorous Ants from dark Lasius sp., like L. alienus.
