Carrot Wasp - Gasteruption - Female

On Baccharis emoryi. I understand that members of this unfortunately-named genus typically can't be identified to species from photos, but for what it's worth this one does strongly resemble the photos of G. kaweahense from Claremont, in the same general part of LA County.
