E aestuans - Efferia aestuans - Male
Camp Robinson WDA, Faulkner County, Arkansas, USA
June 20, 2006
Size: 15mm
Still one of the most common Efferia in the east. In the Nerax group. These males are bright and fast. And this one has scored a photographer's dream of a leafhopper kill.

Can anyone make a call on the hopper?

Tylozygus bifidus

Ooh, neat shot!
Great image, Herschel! Andy Hamilton can probably help with the Cicadellidae victim there.
