It looks like someone pulled some silk aside to get this shot. What a sin!

 
Tread lightly, I know!
Actually I didn't, I was moving a pile of rocks in my yard for a wall when I found this, between 2 pieces of slate, by accident. After I took the pic I put the top slate back and relocated the whole thing in hopes that it wouldn't be disturbed, mother and all, but unfortunately the mother Phiddipus hasn't been there anytime I have checked since. I'm not an expert though, maybe this is normal?
